Paul M. DiGasbarro has been a practicing insurance defense attorney for twenty years. He joined predecessor firm Mortenson and Pomeroy in September 2005 after concluding a clerkship with the Honorable Christine L. Miniman in the Superior Court, Law Division, Passaic County. Mr. DiGasbarro is certified by the Supreme Court of New Jersey as a Civil Trial Attorney. He has tried approximately twenty-five jury cases to verdict, and is skilled in all phases of pre-trial discovery. He enjoys counseling and guiding his clients through the litigation process. In his spare time, he enjoys spending time with his family, reading, hiking, and gardening.
